Role: Content & Communications Specialist (Financial Markets)
We are seeking an experienced Content Manager & Communication Specialist who has an experience into Content Writing -Financial industry especially into Stock Markets. He or she will also be responsible for Creation to execution, conducting webinars. This mid-level position requires a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the finance industry, coupled with excellent communication skills and a creative mindset. The ideal candidate should be comfortable conducting webinars, creating videos, and producing high-quality written content for various platforms.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative written content for multiple platforms, including articles, blog posts, newsletters, social media, and website copy. Ensure that content is accurate, compelling, and tailored to the target audience.
- Webinars and Videos: Plan, organize, and conduct webinars on relevant financial market topics. Create engaging and educational video content, including tutorials, market updates, and interviews. Ensure that videos are visually appealing and effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends, news, and developments in the financial markets. Conduct thorough research and analysis to produce insightful content and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Branding and Messaging: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels. Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's values, goals, and target audience to align content accordingly.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style. Ensure that all written materials meet the organization's standards and maintain a consistent tone and voice.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts, analysts, and executives, to gather information, insights, and perspectives for content creation. Collaborate with other departments to align messaging and ensure content meets business objectives.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of content initiatives using analytics tools. Analyze data to identify trends, optimize content strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's/PG degree in finance, Economics, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- min 5 to 7 years of experience in financial markets preferably stock markets, with a strong understanding of investment concepts, market trends, and economic indicators.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial topics for a diverse audience.
- Experience conducting webinars and creating video content, including proficiency in video editing software.
- Strong editorial skills, including editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform content strategies.
