Position Summary:

- This role serves as an internal knowledge management professional who will work as part of the Global Content Strategy and Portfolio Management team to manage and drive the coordination and execution of Tax/any other service line content priorities.

- This role will report to the Global Tax Portfolio Content Lead and will assist execution of content priorities supporting the Tax knowledge program portfolio identified with practice and Knowledge leadership.

- Activities include content gap analyses, focused content collection activities, SharePoint migration, aged content management, content metrics development and analysis.

- The Content Advisor will manage many facets of the content projects, and will develop and maintain appropriate relationships with content stakeholders from the Global Tax service line as well as within Knowledge Management team.

Essential Functions of the Job:

- Flexibility: Managing content projects for Global Tax, defined by practice and focusing on both strategy and execution elements as need

- Needs assessment and gap analysis: Designing and managing processes to understand the Global Tax content landscape and needs of the practice; Assessing potential gaps and providing recommendations

- Content harvesting: Driving and managing collection campaigns to accelerate sharing of leading practices and experiences of Tax professionals globally, in support of growth and quality service delivery across sub-service lines;

- Content integration: Engaging in support to planning effective and efficient content strategies for new/enhanced Global Tax method and/or service delivery related platforms

- Content migration: Supporting activities to migrate Tax content to target platforms including Sharepoint or other future state developments

- Aged content management: Managing processes for identifying and archiving aged and/or irrelevant content from Tax and knowledge sharing resources

- Analytics: Developing, monitoring and analyzing content analytics to assess quality, value, volume, and findability of Assurance content; Assist communicating analytics/trends to audiences at a variety of levels

- Social sites: Improve knowledge sharing and affect culture change of our people by supporting and participating in knowledge collaboration spaces such as Yammer, SharePoint team sites, etc.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree and 7 years+ experience
