Job Description : - Define key KPIs to track consumer behavior related to different product categories. - Collaborate with key stakeholders including consumer care, panel, marketing & sales to ensure data validity, consistency & compliance in SFDC. - Build & maintain reports, dashboards out of consumer data for the consumer care, panel & marketing teams. - Identify cross-sell & upsell opportunities based on consumer & sales data via market basket, regression, or other related techniques. - Analyze CSAT score to identify key influencing factors and propose actions leading to improvement in CSAT score. - Analyze consumer data, to segment, target, using cluster analysis in order to drive insights and differentiate based on key identified criteria. - Propose campaigns based on segmented data leading to the creation of high ROI of the marketing spending budget. - Prepare financial business cases for determining the feasibility of campaigns w.r.t marketing spend, ROI, breakeven etc.
