Consumer Insights Role - Syndicated Data & Nielsen - FMCG (9-12 yrs)

Job Summary

Very strong on Nielsen and Kantar Household Panel. The person should be able to combine data at will and be able to derive strong insights from the data in hand. He should have a strong consumer/shopper insights experience

Functional Responsibilities

i. Collaborate with UK BU, HBS UK Team and Europe and HBS IT teams to gather, understand and communicate project requirements

- Design reporting and business intelligence products including visualizations & self-service tools. Manage project delivery, including estimating timelines and identifying risks

- Recognize and access required data from multiple Nielsen, Kantar Etc.

- Maintain documentation and user guides for created products

ii. Present products to business users and seek feedback for continued improvement

Key Qualifications/Requirements:

- Post Graduate Degree (MBA Preferred, Statistical background preferred)

- Structured thinker / problem solver who works independently

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Familiarity with Point of Sale (Nielsen, IRI, SPINs, One Click Retail etc.) databases/metrics a must

- Language: English Fluent

- Operational experience from business servicing sector and/or consulting experience would be a plus

- Fluent English obligatory
