Company Name: Big 4   Service Line / Team: Govt. / PPP Advisory   The team provides customized financial and business advice to Govt. and Corporate's around major infra projects, project finance consultancy incorporating, project finance scoping, tender advice, due diligence, policy development and end delivery.  Location: Ranchi - Contract Job  Qualification: MBA / Masters in engineering preferably Civil  Requirement: 10+ years of relevant post qualification experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, Ability and willingness to travel  Preferred: Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Project Finance, Government Planning Agencies, Infra Development, or Investment Firms.  Responsibilities:   Conceptualize projects to be developed on PPP  - Assist clients in rolling out projects from infra creation to service delivery  - Assist and advise clients on the development and evaluation of their PPP financial models  - Preparation and development of bidding documents including concession agreement   - Help client and team in Bid process management including application, RFQs and Bid evaluation  - Support clients in negotiating PPP transactions including the drafting and reviewing of bid documentation, issue papers, and reports for external use  - Provide support to the preparation of PPP proposals to target clients  - Proactively engage with clients to understand short and long term perspective  - Develop views on policy and regulatory matters
