- Large Industry Compensation Surveys, Compensation Benchmarking Surveys.
- Manning and Cost Productivity Studies.
- Compensation & Rewards Advisory (including & not restricted to) - Pay Design, Pay Structuring, Rewards Strategy, Job Evaluation, Variable Pay & Incentive Design.
- Talent Advisory (including & not restricted to) - Organization Design & Organization Effectiveness, Talent and Performance management, Scorecard Design, Competency Framework Design, Career Management Design, HR Strategy Design.
- The role is primarily responsible for leading and managing key clients and projects in the area of Organization, Performance and Rewards Consulting, as well as leading Sales and Business Development for identified sub sectors.
- The incumbent would be responsible for leading a solution within the industry vertical in terms of clients, financial and team collaboration and also ensure timely and profitable delivery of the key projects.
