Consulting Lead - Commodity Trading

- Over 10 - 16 years experience in IT consulting/business analysis, a majority of which should be in a commodities trading context (Oil, petroleum/petroleum products, minerals, metals).

- Broad exposure (deal-to-cash) and deep understanding of one or more functions.

- Experience working in one or more large transformation programmes, with appreciation for aspects including target - state definition, programme planning, governance, risk management, change management.

- Extensive experience and strong skills in process definition, business requirements gathering, functional design, story writing.

- Track record in account-based selling (concept-to-SOW), building and managing a consulting team, including hiring, retention, resource planning, domain capability development.

- Demonstrated ability in developing original thought leadership on topics including digitalisation, transformation, commodity trading.

- Strong academic background and MBA degree from a top tier university.
