Consulting - Insurance Delivery & Presales

Roles and Responsibility:

1.Responsible for overall health of all projects within Insurance vertical – by conducting periodic project reviews and supporting project managers / Program Managers in delivery.

2.Support Sales in converting leads by participating in presales, solutioning, proposaling, estimation activities

3.Participate in Strategic Planning of Delivery Organization to ensure business plans of the organization are accomplished

4.Man power planning for Insurance Business unit. Work with the project manager to evolve and implement effective project reporting process and ensure project managers are adequately empowered to manage customer expectations and project eventualities.

5. Engage with customer on a periodic basis to deepen relationship and manage Customer Satisfaction

6. Should participate in the Program’s Steering Committee Meetings representing the organization and meet key decision

7.Identify and liaise with Industry and professional forums and create a position of influence in the target market

Skills and Experience:

1.Project Management

2.Experience in leading transformational projects in Insurance – Life &Non-life

3.Must have managed large (40 + member) Testing teams

4.Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility

5.Experience in presales support, estimation

6.Experience in understanding, delivering and providing solutions in Test Automation, Performance Testing, and other Non-Functional Testing areas
