The Assignment(The Role/Job Description) : - To design & implement a VRS scheme for a mid-sized financial services organization which is in South East Asia. - Require hands on & proven experience in designing & implementing VRS schemes in Financial Services/Service sector. - The assignment is likely to be around 4 - 5 months. - This assignment will require frequent travel / re-location to the given location for the duration of the project - A mid-sized consulting organization preferred The Person (Candidate Details) : A.
