Consultant - Vendor & Contracts Management - Bank

- Vendor & Contracts Management

- Coordinate with Business Units, Compliance, and legal teams and identify the list of vendor partners and terms of service with RBL bank

- Collate an overall list of vendor contracts for RBL bank and initiate creation of a central repository for all contracts

- Liaise effectively with Business Units and seek an understanding of all contract status

- Initiate the contracting process for vendors where there are no active contracts or contracts have expired

- Conducts vendor assessments and tiering of vendors- basis identified criteria

- Create an MIS around all the existing contracts and help strengthen the procurement policy of the bank

- Understand the RBI circular on vendor management and ensure that all vendor services and contracts are as per the guidelines
