Consultant - Urban Planning / Town Planning - Hands-on experience in state of art urban planning projects or city level projects. - Candidate should have an ability to conceive Master Plan for City Development with detailing of areas or SEZ, DTA, Industrial Park, Group Housing, social facilities, infrastructure networks. - Candidate is expected to be well versed with different Development Control Regulations, related Town Planning Acts, Environment Act, National Building Code etc - Candidate should be familiar with Autocad, GIS, Sketch up, Revit, photoshop etc - Candidate should be familiar with latest techniques and methods in urban planning & town planning . - Candidate should have knowledge of infrastructure planning, building services, firefighting, IBMS, water supply, sewerage, air-conditioning, and knowledge of regulations related to services. - Candidate should have an understanding of Site Development and implementation.
