Position : Associate, Technology Consulting & Digital Transformation

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

- Be a part of delivering high performance and driving the digital transformation mandates for clients across industries

- Help companies use technology effectively to deliver business value through New Business Models, Procurement, Supply Chain, Digital and Organisational Transformation projects

- Work with senior stakeholders in the client company to advise and consult on improvement and cost saving projects

- Solve important and strategic problems related to technology roadmap implementation and strategy execution

- Work with clients and peers on key impactful projects

- Contribute to various thought leadership initiatives to position the company as a prominent player

Requirements:

- MBA from tier-1 institute (ISB, IIM-A, IIM-B, IIM-C)

- 5-10 years of digital transformation experience working in technology and strategy roles with top consulting or technology-focussed organizations

- Strong consulting background with hands on experience in IT Strategy, IT Operating Model, IT Cost Reduction, IT Due Diligence, IT Sourcing, IT Architecture, Cloud, Digital Supply Chain Capabilities (SAP, Oracle, etc.), Agile, DevOps, Technology Integration & Divestiture, etc.

- Willingness to travel and work at global client locations

- Excellent verbal and communication & presentation skills
