- Lead the development and execution of APA projects, from initial scoping and planning to negotiation and finalization.

- Conduct in-depth transfer pricing analyses, including benchmarking, functional analysis, and economic analysis.

- Prepare comprehensive APA documentation, including functional analyses, comparability analyses, and financial models.

- Manage the APA negotiation process with tax authorities, including responding to requests for information and addressing audit findings.

- Stay abreast of the latest developments in transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and global tax policies.

- Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients on international tax structures and transfer pricing policies.

- Conduct transfer pricing risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

- Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients (multinational corporations) and tax authorities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

- Identify and mitigate transfer pricing risks.

- Provide training and advisory services to clients on transfer pricing best practices and compliance requirements.

Experience: 6-8 years of experience as an APA Consultant in a professional services firm or in-house tax department.

- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Master's degree in Taxation or a related field is preferred.
