What will be your job responsibility?

- Hiring for Fortune 500 and some of the biggest firms across IT, ITeS, BFSI, Analytics and Manufacturing domain

- Sourcing and recruiting candidates using social media and job boards like LinkedIn, Naukri, IIM Jobs etc

- Competitive landscaping, industry research, and domain learning

- Interview and assess some of the best minds in the industry

- Innovating and ideating for new projects

- Handling end to end talent acquisition responsibility for some of the biggest companies in the world

- Act as account managers and gain stakeholder control in talent planning

What skills do you need?

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficient with MS Office and internet savvy

- Ability to foster teamwork

- Sensitivity to global and multi-cultural client environment

- Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with ambiguity

What qualifications do you need - We are looking for an MBA with any educational background and keen to make a career in recruitment
