Consultant - Talent Acquisition (2-5 yrs)
TALENT ACQUISITION/RECRUITMENTS:
- Play an important role to meet talent needs of the clients.
- Work streams include - scoping, planning, and delivery of one or more areas.
- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle of various positions at multiple organization levels and locations
- Would involve understanding client mandate, accurate and thorough profiling through -Research, Headhunting, Mapping, Screening and Evaluation.
- Strategic - Mapping engagement
- Research on Mid/Senior level engagements
- Assisting in preparation of presentations, organization structures and industry reports.
- Shortlisting and sourcing right candidates.
- Handle execution for certain Mid-level engagements independently
- Execution support on Mid/Senior level engagements
- Would entail managing and updating databases and IT systems
- Support in Business Development
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree from a good college/university preferred.
- A post-graduate degree - MBA/PGDM-(Marketing, Finance or HR is desirable)
- Possess clarity of thought and analytical capability
- Have an excellent general knowledge & industry awareness
- Demonstrate strong commercial orientation
- Have excellent spoken, written and presentation skills
- Possess well-developed networking skills
- Candidates with hardcore recruitment background can apply
- Candidates from BFS/Corporate sales background can apply
