You will play a critical role in every aspect of the consulting engagement, from opportunity assessment through final implementation. This includes spend data analysis, contract review and analysis, strategy development and execution. Specific responsibilities include: - Analyze client contracts, conduct in-depth reviews to assess completeness and risk - Review and capture spend data and pricing information. Prepare comprehensive analysis reports, charts etc. based on client requirements - Conduct market research and benchmarking to support supplier negotiations. Develop negotiation plans and conduct negotiations with third parties - Collaborate with client teams to understand and capture business requirements - Work with cross-functional teams to implement proposed solutions and drive change management at client organization - Develop financial models, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses etc. to present to key decision makers/stakeholders - Track and report project status, key risks and dependencies - Assist/ Lead strategic initiatives including strategic sourcing, demand management, M&A integration etc. Requirements: - B.Tech/B.E./ MBA from tier 1-2 institutes preferred - 1-3 years of prior experience in management consulting preferably in Supply Chain & Procurement - Advanced proficiency in MS office tools such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel (ability to create complex formulas and analyze large data sets) - Knowledge of MS Excel Macros, VBA, Tableau/Power BI is a plus - Flexible to work in global time zones (2PM to 11PM or 4PM - 1AM IST or 6PM - 3AM IST) depending on client requirements - Excited about working in a high-paced environment and has an ownership-driven mindset - Proven problem-solving and time management ability - Excellent quantitative, analytical, written and oral communication skills - Highly motivated team player with the ability to work autonomously and utilize interpersonal skills daily - This is an immediate joining position. The candidate should be able to join within 15 days of being offered the position.
