Consultant - Strategy & Projects - Healthcare/Pharma - IIT/NIT/BITS

Hiring for the role of a Consultant (Auto renewal Contract) with a US Healthcare/Pharma MNC.

Job Location : Mumbai

Role: Strategy & Projects

1. Work on Strategic Projects for the organization, with relevant cross functional teams across organization and its affiliates - across commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, HR, finance and regulatory functions

2. Conduct detailed design of initiatives, bringing in best practices, analysis and insights from internal and external sources (market, competition and other industries) into the project design

3. Own the execution and delivery of projects and ensure regular problem solving, tracking and de-bottlenecking

4. Ensure that project design and execution roadmaps are fully aligned with the Leadership

Required expertise:

B.Tech from Premier Institute with 6 months - 1 year experience with a Consulting firm.

Skill requirements:

- Strong problem-solver with the ability to present issues clearly and provide answers

- Ability to manage across organizational boundaries and lead cross-functional initiatives

- Exceptional analytical skills and exposure to market research, analytics

- Ability to form strong relationships with team members and key decision makers

- Superior communication skills (written, presentation, speaking, listening)

- Energetic individual with a strong commitment for continuous improvement

- Ability to navigate the matrix organization in an objective and collaborative manner
