Project context and background A leading strategy consulting firm is currently working on an end-to-end business transformation programme for a real estate PSU Target outcomes /project deliverables - Our client, the leading consulting firm is looking for a consultant to join their project team. The consultant will be embedded into the team and will be responsible for managing various aspects of the project. Below summarise the functions the consultant will be required to perform - During the engagement process, assist and coordinate with the clients, prospective investors and/or other financial institutions, in order to achieve the objective of the engagement; - Analyse and/or review any related documents to the engagement, including, but not limited to, business plan or financial projections, transaction agreements and other ancillary documents, commercial and operational agreements/documents, financial reporting, etc.; - Develop marketing documents such as teaser, information memorandum or any other go-to-market deliverables during the engagement process; - Assist in reviewing transaction agreements such as term-sheet or heads of agreement, conditional sales and purchase agreement, shareholders agreement, joint-venture agreements and other agreements; - Pro-active in performing other necessary tasks, such as conducting industry research, researching on comparable companies, managing data room, preparing materials for discussions or meetings, managing client meetings and minutes of meetings, and other ad-hoc duties; - Effective governance and controls (reporting, budget, risk and issue management) - Manage overall module while working with rest of the team (including Partners) - Effective communication and senior stakeholder management Basic Criteria and skills : - 2-6years of experience; - Real Estate experience will be first preference; second preference to transaction advisory in real estate - Looking for smart graduate/PostGraduate with strong go-getter skill set; - Good communication &amp; client management- This role is a client-facing role hence, would prefer consultants with experience prior client-facing role.
