Consultant - Strategy & Architecture - Business Technology Group (7-10 yrs)
We are currently retained by a leading Business Technology group which is focused on strategizing, designing and building marketing and sales technology solutions to improve commercial effectiveness. The client is providing a complete spectrum of business technology solutions, from strategy and road map definition to full implementation and on-going operations.
The role is for a Consultant - Strategy and Architecture
Location - Pune
- To fit the bill, you must have minimum 7 years of experience of working as an Enterprise / Solution Architect with Spark, AWS Cloud, Big data and BI. You should have experience of working in Cloud Projects.
Role and Responsibilities
- The position will Apply technology advancements, concepts, solutions/tools to a business context and/or environment and create conceptual model for its use to solve a specific business or technology problem.
- Lead system study and design strategy road map
- Lead feasibility analysis, select the technologies that provide the best solution and identify the products available that will best fit the solution proposed
- Design the solution taking advantage of the existing assets maintaining a balance between architecture requirements and specific client needs
- Can create prototypes, conduct proofs of concepts, evaluate options with pros and cons and provide recommendations
- Lead selling process including design and solution approaches for the proposals and giving product demos
- Skills to build consensus on solution. Ability to work with other senior architects and managers to influence decisions
- Assess the business situation by engaging with varied levels and profile of stakeholders
- Researching and Evangelizing on the use of the BI platform for strategic decision-making
- Ability to articulate leading business issues and trends, including the associated technology implications within one or more industries
- Should able to present the architecture to client and able to put his point across in a client meeting
- Travel to other continents (as needed) to work with client and provide technology expertise to other teams
