Consultant/Sr Consultant/EM - CPG Consulting (2-9 yrs)

The responsibilities include:

- Project management and adherence to the time and quality standards

- Providing thought leadership to the project team

- Developing strategic insights and recommendations on the basis of the research conducted in th CPG / Industrial sector

- Validating the research and development of client-ready output in CPG

- Producing output in the form of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.

- Taking complete ownership of the projects assigned focused towards CPG

- Interacting with clients to understand requirements and deliver output

- Understanding client requirements and developing approach methodology

- Developing proxies and triangulations for difficult-to-get data points

- Training analyst(s)/ senior analyst(s)

- Developing proposals and pitch books

- Collaborate with senior managers in development of knowledge nuggets and thought pieces

- Mentoring and developing resources allocated for administrative oversight

- Actively participating in organization-building activities such as hiring, process improvement, growing client accounts, etc.

- Account development- developing repeat business from accounts

Educational Qualifications: MBA is preferred from Tier I institute in India/abroad.

RelevantExperience:

- Relevant work experience of around 2 - 9 years in CPG Strategic Consulting, Corporate Planning or you have been working in high end research and advisory in CPG sector.

- A strong experience in CPG industry vertical will be advantageous. We want people who like to think about their client needs and are equally enthusiastic about project execution at the ground level.

- Clarity of financial concepts and interpretation of financial statements

- Logical thought process to think through the problem and develop a solution in niche areas

- Effective oral and written communication skills

- Effective presentation skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Ability to encourage and involve team members

- Highly motivated individual
