Experience in:

3. US Hedge Funds/Private Equity

- Tax technical terms to look for in resume:

- Investment partnership, Fund of Funds, trading funds, private equity, hedge funds

- Aggregate or layering allocation, partial or full netting allocation, tax waterfall allocations

- PFIC, CFC, blockers, tax Forms 5471, 5472; 926; 8621

- 1256 contract; section 988; wash sales, notional principal contracts, hedges,

- Tools go system 1065; IPACS, K1G, IFPs

4. US RIC

Tax technical terms to look for in resume:

- Mutual funds taxation, Regulated Investment Companies (RICs)

- Fiscal/tax provisions; excise provisions; Income projections, tax planning
