Consultant/Senior Consultant - Valuations

- Assist in the valuation for regulatory, financial, and tax purposes (ASC 350 - Goodwill Impairment testing, ASC 805 -Purchase Price Allocations and ASC 820- Fair Value Measurement of Portfolio Companies of Venture Capitalists and ASC 946).

- Model building and reviewing - discounted cash flow ("DCF") models, guideline public company ("GPC") models and guideline transaction method ("GTM") models.

- Identify comparable companies and compute various transaction related multiples.

- Conducting industry research, writing industry reports and memos.

- Should have at least 3 years of experience into Business Valuations/Renewable valuations/ Complex securities valuations.
