Consultant/Senior Consultant for our SC&O (Supply Chain & Operations)
Responsibilities :
- You will work with the extended team and/or client to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation projects
Your primary roles will be (but not limited to) to :
- Deliver as part of a globally diverse consulting team entrusted with the task of delivering Supply Chain engagements for clients across various Industry Groups
- Review and validate data and further build optimization models
- Conduct secondary research/market intelligence to back client deliverables
- Prepare client reports
Required Skills :
Supply Chain/logistics exposure in JDA
1. JDA Planning / Procurement / Manufacturing and Logistics
Supply Chain specific areas :
- Supply chain transformation
- Supply chain process efficiency
- Operational performance improvement and core business review
Business Transformation :
- Change management
- Transition planning
- Business readiness
- Organisation design
- Process mapping
Additional skill requirements :
- Good communication skills, verbal as well as written. An ability to communicate effectively with external as well as internal stakeholders is a must.
- Work effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress
- Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
- Strong academic record including a degree
