Consultant/Senior Consultant - Management Consulting Firm in Social Sector
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- End-to-end management of complex workstream as part of a 3-5 member team
- End-to-end supervision of small engagements
- Act as a mentor to a less tenured team member
- Work creatively in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
- Manage the day-to-day direction of the project
- Ensuring work is continually on track
- Adhering to budgets and schedules while maintaining high utilization
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE :
- 3-5 Yrs of consulting experience in a complex role in consulting/corporates/start-ups/social sector
- Demonstrated commitment to the social impact space
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions
- Should be collaborative by nature with professional presence and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- self-directed and team-oriented
- Adept at building and sustaining meaningful relationships, both externally and internally
- Travel: 5 days a week to the project site
