You are responsible for the delivery of business results to leading global pharmaceutical and medical devices companies in the Life Sciences industry. Your Profile : - Overall experience of 4-10 years, with at least 2+ years of top-tier consulting experience post-MBA. - Experience SAP S/4 HANA implementation with Lifesciences clients - Must have experience in S/4 Program management and/ or hands-on experience on implementation of 2-3 S/4 HANA modules - Experience in supporting complex programs across work-streams, setting priorities, managing and monitoring schedules, developing relevant tools and templates - Experience in developing proposals, building tools, and accelerators for S4/ HANA projects - Ability to build engaging client presentations (Expertise in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project). - PMP/ACP/CSM certifications desirable - Experience in the Lifesciences industry and a proven track record of collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is a plus - Experience working with multinational clients, working across organizational levels and processes, and exposure to global best practices, and trends desired. - Appreciation and understanding of Disruptive digital technologies - Experience in Value realization/ benefits tracking desirable
