POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

Knowledge Preferred :

Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and / or knowledge in any sector in any of the following areas :

- Salesforce : Experience in delivering large or complex Salesforce Sales Cloud / CPQ / Service Cloud implementations in a global environment, defining and institutionalizing best practices as they relate to the adoption of the Salesforce/CRM platform

- Sales Transformation : Sales & channel Go-to-Market strategy, Lead to Cash, Sales operations, Sales force strategy and effectiveness, Sales automation, Sales organization design and people

- Customer Strategy: Customer segmentation, Customer lifetime value management, Experience Strategy, Human-centered design and design thinking, Journey mapping, Operating model development, Value proposition development

Skills Preferred :

Candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive management consulting abilities within a project team that includes the following :

- Strong research and hypothesis based problem-solving abilities

- Analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks

- Experience in developing scope and defining backlog items and user stories, working in an Agile environment

- Deep understanding of CPQ concepts - product and price rules, quotes and contracts management, extending to order and billing management

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, object customization, data model and page layouts, building automation using process builder, workflows, flows

- Broad understanding of enterprise applications with which Salesforce platforms are commonly integrated to enable end-to-end ecosystem for enterprise customers (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Marketo and ERP business applications)

- Excellent verbal, written, & presentation skills with the ability to design / develop innovative and compelling content

- Ability to produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment while collaborating effectively across teams

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, team- based environment

- Salesforce certification is an added advantage (Preferably Salesforce Certified Administrator / Salesforce Certified CPQ Consultant)

Educational Background :

- MBA in Sales / Marketing / Strategy from a premium B-School Systems - Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, and/or Salesforce.com Certified Developer, Salesforce.com

- Certified Sales/Service/CPQ Consultant
