We are looking for someone who can handle Banking clients for Financial transformation / process transformation / Project Management/ Process improvement / process redesign.
Job Description :
- Aimed at maximizing the finance and operations performance
- Strong understanding of core finance processes and operations in banking, insurance, capital markets or wealth management sectors
- Advise clients on Business process transformation/ Project Management
Skills / Experience Required -
- Project management experience of 3 years+ in Banking, Financial Services industry
MBA-Finance / CA / CFA / Cost and Management Accountant
- Professional qualifications in Project Management e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince 2 will be an added advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint and Project Management tools namely Clarity, Open work bench
- Analytical reasoning, problem-solving skills along with written good communication and project management skills are a must.
- Project & Stakeholder Management experience is essential
- Self-Motivated, Self-Starter and should have attention to details
- Ability to work under limited supervision and guidance
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and rapidly changing priorities
- Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
