Strong Experience on Growth strategy in the Pharma Operation - Manufacturing, Quality Systems, Supply chain, R&D
Pharma Consulting Experience :
- Hands on Experience on Portfolio planning, supply chain strategy
- Strong Experience on Process Excellence, Process Improvement
- Experience on Cost Reduction
- Network optimization, strategic sourcing, logistics, manufacturing strategy and Excellence
- Work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience
- Helping clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- Proactively assist in the management of several clients
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
- Overall job responsibilities include conduct analyses and develop insights, analyse data, work with project teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making
- Organize and prepare recommendations to address client problems, and participate actively in new business development
