Job Role :

1. Client Management :

- Lead role in execution of client service (Project delivery)

2. Networking & Marketing :

- Create and manage good independent relationships with clients

- Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and acts on referrals typically in relation to his service line

- Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally

3. Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from the Partner

4. Knowledge Management :

- Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge

5. People Management :

- Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach

- Assist in resolving people issues

- Assist in recruiting activities for the SBU, including campus hiring

6. Business Development.

Academic Qualifications :

- Graduate / Eng + MBA (preferably from a premier institute) or a CA with a good academic background

Experience :

- 2- 6 years of relevant post qualification experience.

Candidates should have :

- Expertise in Strategy Consulting, Process Improvement consulting experience in the Media & Entertainment domain.

- Should have domain (M&E) industry skills in relevant functions
