Consultant/Senior Consultant - Operations Transformation - BFSI/Life Sciences (1-7 yrs)
We are looking for candidates into Operation Transformation into BFSI / Life Sciences.
Location - Gurgaon, Hyderbad, Bangalore
Role - Consultant / Sr. Consultant
Experience - 1-6 years
Required Experience :
- Consulting or Corporate experience (Corporate Strategy or business function teams) in one or more of the following industry domains: Banking OR Life Sciences
- Experience in operating model design, cost reduction and opportunity insights development, financial modeling and business case development.
- Working knowledge of disruptive transformations (e.g., Digital transformation, branch less banking, robotics & process automation, blockchain, service-based delivery models)
- Professional experience in large scale system transformation
- Experience as a functional lead or product owner representing the business stakeholders and voice of the customer, responsible for gathering business requirements to define functional specifications for achieving the product vision
