Position : Consultant / Senior Consultant - Mergers & Acquisition Team
Job responsibilities will be:
- Financial Due Diligence
- Analyzing financial results of targets through the preparation of various analysis by reviewing accounting records.
- Preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information
- Assisting in identifying issues for purchase price reductions, deal restructuring or deal termination
- Valuation and business modeling
- M&A Transaction
- Information Memorandum
- Debt Transaction
- Private Equity (refurbished method)
- Investment Banking
- Understanding of Financial analysis
- Deep understanding of Indian business environment.
