Consultant/Sr.Consultant-Industry 4.0

Core Consulting:

- Work with practice leadership on

- Conduct baseline analysis, diagnostics and understand gaps and areas of improvement in various functions of manufacturing/supply chain operations across Industry

- Work with clients and teams to design and define requirements for SMART manufacturing, SMART factories, predictive maintenance, Industry 4.0 technologies such as AR/VR, AGV, UAV

- Develop business case, including impact validation, ROI of potential solutions and conduct techno economic feasibility

- Scribe technical proposals and delivery documents on client projects

- Support Managers, Senior managers for proposal build for client engagements and pre-sales activities

Practice Build:

- Document project delivery solutions for horizontal replication and knowledge harvesting

- Support the internal risk management practices for internal approvals on projects

- Run training and coaching sessions for colleagues for development

Skill set:

a) ICT knowledge- functional knowledge of ERP, MES for specific sector and operational technology ( PLC, DCS, SCADA, OPC)

b) A knowledge of Python programming, Big Data, AI/ML and deep learning models

c) Use metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement

d) Basic understanding of modern platform constructs for digital projects including but not limited to ingestion, storage, analytics and visualization specially in the OT constructs

e) Understand the modern tools for data validation, process automation

f) Working knowledge of the concepts of advanced analytics and digital twin constructs

Experience:

a. 4 to 8 years of overall industry experience/ ICT project experience,

b. At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing sector- Discrete (Automotive, white goods.) or process (O&G, Chemicals..) or batch (life science, pharma, FMCG .)

c. Experience in manufacturing operations (production planning and execution functions or asset maintenance functions or quality management functions) or supply chain and logistics

d. Hands on experience on business value chain mapping in manufacturing sector
