ROLE & RESPONSIBILTY-


- Generate ideas for new business for the practice by identifying new opportunities in Banking, NBFC, Retail, MSME and other financial services sectors.

- Delivery of Revenue on client engagements by independently leading projects on end-to-end delivery.

- Use existing client relationships to identify new opportunities for the firm.

- Handle development and publication of Thought Leaderships papers and marketing collaterals.

- Manage business leads, proposals, and multiple projects effectively.

- Negotiate fees and other terms of engagement

- Monitors billing/ Fee collection using billing reports

- Counsel project teams and individuals (via defining and implementing developmental plans) which will result in meeting future needs of the firm.

- Contribute to implementing and enhancing the firm's policies and procedures for knowledge management and management for the firm's intellectual capital

- Act promptly to rectify and repair any risk to the firm or its clients in relation to intellectual capital.

REQUIREMENT:

- The ideal candidate will also be characterized by the following attributes:

- 4 to 10 years' experience of leading and managing large Business Transformation Projects of Public Sector banks or private Sector Bank or foreign banks or NBFCs in a consulting role.

- Experience of advising banks or NBFCs companies in India on business process re-engineering, cost reduction, business planning & validation, operating model review & optimization and digitization or digital transformation.

- Prefer an experience of advising banks or NBFCs on journey development, sales productivity improvement, digitization, cost optimization, collections process improvement and analytics.

- Experience of working with clients in areas around

i. Generating customer and marketing sights, competition assessment

ii. Articulating their customer strategy and vision for customer experience

iii. Go To market Strategy

iv. Sales effectiveness : sales process, structure, CRM technologies, defining omni-channel path to purchase mediums and designing technology platform to deliver the same.

- Project management-independently managing teams(minimum4-5peoplememberteams).

- A working knowledge of quantitative analysis techniques using excel/ pivots and any other analytical tool software.

- Good communication skills and presentation skills. Easy orator and ability to develop and translate the consulting view point to the client senior stakeholders.
