Consultant/Senior Consultant - Human Resource (8-10 yrs)

Delhi/NCR/Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad Job Code: 513848

- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders in a virtual /live environment to support project delivery

- Work on projects related to Process design, Operating model design/Shared services design, delivery and implementation

- Perform Current state assessment of HR processes in client organization and help in and preparing Business Case for Transformation

- Lead/support Documentation projects (onsite/offshore) based on clients requirement

- Lead/support project teams and client stakeholders as required for various types of testing such as System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Service Rehearsal Testing. Help with activities including developing Testing Strategy, creating test cases and test scenarios etc.

- Work on projects related to Process Design, Process mapping and requirement gathering

- Provide Project Management support for HR Transformation and Shared Services projects

- Participate in client discussions / process design workshops to gather requirements (e.g. process / shared services / vendor / technology) and design appropriate solutions (e.g. process maps / org sizing / org design / benchmarking / vendor or technology strategy)

- Support deployment activities including involvement in local design workshops, implementation and hyper care related activities

Additional Support responsibilities :

- Collaborate with other work streams and key stake holders in a virtual environment to support project delivery

- Support Global Talent Acquisition projects & help with candidate experience assessment

- Provide support on Robotics Process Automation projects

- Gather information through research and conduct analysis to derive insights and develop client recommendations

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design cutting edge HR Solutions relevant to changing client needs

- Communicate and present to external and internal client as required

- Contribute to practice building and other internal practice initiatives

- Help with business case development, developing proposals & provide support for sales pursuits as required

Requirements :

- Masters in HR/ Human Resource Management

- HCM/HR transformation/HR Technology experience (Global experience preferred over US experience)

- Experience of managing or supporting more than 1 cycle of HR transformation(End to end) is preferred

- Experience in one or more of areas from HR Shared Services Design, delivery & implementation

- Experience of leading/supporting Shared service documentation projects, testing projects for large scale HR transformations across geographies

- Process design, Process mapping, business requirement gathering experience

- Understanding of HR technologies e.g. Workday/Oracle/Success Factors/Infor/ADP Streamline/ ADP GlobalView

- Global talent acquisition project experience

- Abreast with key HR trends and real-time application of these trends across HR processes

- Deep dive consulting/operation experience of critical HR processes

- Experience of working in projects operating across timezones

- Ability to work in teams and interact across all levels

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure

- Strong analytical/problem-solving ability

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

Travel Requirements:

- Most of the travel requirements are to the US, however, in multi country implementations, there may be a need to travel to other parts of the world.

- May require short term (up to 3 months) to medium term (4 - 6 months) travel to client locations.
