Role: The professional will be a part of an internal strategy consulting team that influences alliances-driven sales for the global consulting practice. The professional will need to develop a knowledge of the firm's Consulting business, new technologies, and alliance partners. The professional will be expected to assist in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, synthesize findings, produce executive presentation material, and demonstrate solid analytical and writing skills. The team's projects are typically high-impact and high-visibility aligned to the firm and Consulting leadership's strategic priorities.

Core responsibilities

We are seeking a person with at least post-MBA experience in the internal or external consulting space with strong research, analytical and writing skills, and an excellent command of English language.

- Own and manage assigned projects

- Develop in-depth GTM models and analyze a diverse range of internal and external data using advanced financial analysis and excel skills

- Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations

- Demonstrate and apply solid knowledge of management frameworks

- Develop high quality power point presentations and/or Tableau dashboards, and present to senior colleagues in the US/globally

- Demonstrate solid project management skills, with the ability to seamlessly switch between different projects

- Actively share best practices among US/global and India team members

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with US/global counterparts

Requisite core skills

- Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

- Strong core consulting skills - i.e. analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, and financial modelling, including logical structuring and storyboarding, superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to integrate and synthesize large sets of data and broad stakeholder perspectives into meaningful insights

- Solid knowledge of strategy models and frameworks

- Solid knowledge of various technologies such as cloud, artificial intelligence, 5G, Industry 4.0 etc

- Working knowledge of asset co-development, joint go-to-market activities, and deal structuring
