Client Details -
Our client is a consulting firm with significant presence across the globe . Within Corporate finance sector, they are looking for professionals in Due Diligence to be based out of their office in Bangalore
Description -
- You would be required to work along partners/directors and the respective teams from India to support due diligence and drive company's strategic and operational initiatives
- You will be required to identify cost saving oppurtunities, planning and generating data requests, preparing management discussion agendas, develop client workshop content and deliverables
- You will also be involved in business development, hypotheses generation, data analysis and problem resolution .
Profile :
- CA / MBA Tier 1) / Bachelors (Computers/IT)
- Experience between 3-10 years preferably in M&A, Due Diligence, Transaction services, Integrations and Divestiture management or related areas
- Strong track record of success in your previous roles managing international stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and consulting skills.
