Job Description - Information Security
Designation - Consultant/Senior Consultant/Deputy Manager/Manager
Location - Bangalore/Chennai/Gurugram
Roles and responsibilities:
- Conduct ISMS gap assessments as per ISO standards (ISO27000/BCMS22301)
- Implementation of ISMS framework and standards
- Conducting Sustenance Audit, readiness Internal Audit
- Conduct Risk Assessments, MRM & awareness session.
- Update, build, create ISMS Documents, policies procedures.
- Understand Risk Strategy and build risk treatment plans.
- Conduct internal training on ISMS.
- Conduct Gap Assessments / risk assessments / Compliance audits based on NIST CSF, NIST 800- 53, HIPAA, HITRUST, ISO 22301, ISO 27017 and ISO 27701 Perform Cyber Security Maturity assessment based on CMMC
- Perform Cyber Security Maturity assessment based on CMMC
- In-depth knowledge on various information security and cyber security domains
Expected profile:
- B.E/MBA/MCA/MCA/M.Tech or Equivalent
- 2 - 8 years of experience.
- Prior experience in a professional consultancy firm is preferred.
Executed the following types of engagements in the past:
- ISO 22301 audit
- ISO 27701 audit
- Maturity Assessment based on NIST CSF / CMMC
- Data Migration Audit
- ISO 27001 audit
- Certifications - CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 LA, ISO 22301 LA, ISO 27701 LA, CISSP
Skill set:
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication - written and verbal.
- Good project management and team management skills Strong analytical skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent PPT and excel skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects and meet deadlines while working both independently and in a team environment.
- Attitude: Positive, High on Energy, Adaptable and Accountable, Value Learning and Development, interact with others in a manner that is respectful, patient, tolerant and understanding.
- Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic and lead by example.
- Willingness to travel within India or abroad.
