Consultant/Senior Consultant - Customer/Sales/CRM/Cash Transformation - IT/Media/Telecom/Financial Services - IIM/FMS/MDI (4-8 yrs)
Con / Sr con - (Customer / Sales / CRM / Cash transformation)
Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and / or knowledge in any sector in any of the following areas :
Sales Transformation : Lead to Cash Transformation, CRM Transformation, Sales operations, Sales force strategy and effectiveness, Sales automation
Service & Technology Transformation : Experience in delivering large or complex Sales/CPQ/ Service transformation implementations in a global environment, defining and institutionalizing best practices as they relate to the adoption of the CRM platform. Salesforce/Oracle/SAP or other leading CRM platform experience is a must
Customer Strategy : Customer segmentation, Customer lifetime value management, Experience Strategy, Human-centered design and design thinking, Journey mapping, Operating model development, Value proposition development

Candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive management consulting abilities within a project team that includes the following :
- Strong research and hypothesis based problem-solving abilities
- Researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters, including leveraging the ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously for self and others.
- Excellent verbal, written, & presentation skills with the ability to design / develop innovative and compelling content
- Ability to produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment while collaborating effectively across teams
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, team- based environment
- Leveraging analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks
- Leveraging customer centric solutions knowledge and skills, especially as it relates to project management, project facilitation, and the development of client deliverables
- Knowledge or certification in Sales / CRM specific tools like Anaplan, Apptus, Salesforce (Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Sales/Service/CPQ Consultant) is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, basic visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Educational Background : MBA in Sales / Marketing / Strategy from a premium B-School
Preferred Work Experience : Experience in one of the following industries will be preferred ; Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), Consumer Markets (CM), Industrial Product Services (IPS), and Financial Services (FS)
