E&CE/ Computer Engineer/ Post Graduate in Mathematics with Statistics Concentration/Post Graduate in Statistics or Engineering Degree from Top Colleges in India or Abroad
MSc in Statistics/Economics/Mathematics - Must have experience in big data / hadoop skills.
MBAs from top Business Schools with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the telecom sector

MNC and/or Consultancy firms. Analytics competencies in Telecom companies and Idea or operators outside India
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop statistical models to support Customer Analytics and Customer Lifecycle Management ( CLM ) program
- Conduct data analysis to provide recommendations to Business teams in terms of service usage pattern, service performance based on geography, trends of usage by various customer segments, trends of complains escalated to Service Desk, trends of devices etc.
- Provide analysis of the performance of the given service based on multiple parameters like Network, Device, Geography, Technology, Subscriber/Customer profile etc. to the organization
- Analyze customer experience in detail to provide recommendations to Sales & Marketing teams on the current trends and ways to improve customer/service experience.
- Provide customer analytics to marketing enabling new promotions/ offers/ churn reduction / OTT substitution/ customer insights
- Understand customer & service experience requirements from Business and facilitate the fine tuning of service & CE dials
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for business interactions
