Consultant/Senior Consultant - Analytics - BPO/ITeS

1. Experience in Machine learning techniques i.e. supervised and unsupervised learning is preferable.

2. Candidate should know text analytics/topic modeling and should be familiar with NLP etc.

Hands-on experience building complex statistical models in some of the following :

- Multinomial logit

- Integrated forecasting using GLM / Mix Models

- Optimization using Simulated Annealing / Genetic Algorithms

- Different types of simulations and simulations software

- Cluster Analysis

3. Experience should include hands-on delivery of projects in analysis and statistical modelling.

4. Should have developed Predictive models.

5. Aware of various statistical models

6. Proven skills in translating statistics into insights

Also, candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills.

Proven ability to deliver high impact within tight timelines is required.
