The role is responsible for

a) Business Development

b) Account Management & Mining

c) Understanding client requirements

d) Making and executing the search plan with and through the team

e) Timelines adherence and better Turnaround

f) Referencing / Selection and hand holding pre and post selection

g) Cross selling of services

h) Achievement of revenue target

i) Effective coordination & control

The Candidate Details:

a) Age : 40 - 45 years

b) BE / MBA

c) Prior work experience in the Industrial and Infrastructure domain

d) Should be a go-getter having lead a team of high end recruiters and successfully managed clients and managed relationships at the highest levels

e) Should have an entrepreneurial mind set

Work Experience: 20 - 25 years

Location of Job: Mumbai

CTC (Salary & Perks): 12 - 50 Lacs (includes excellent variables based on performance)
