Job Requirements :
- Good knowledge of system configuration in Solution Design Configuration Workbook .
- Must ensure high quality and on time delivery of project requirements based on established scope, schedule and cost parameters .
Technical Experience :
- Strong/independent Performance Management configurator / consultant that is able to configure Forms, goal plans, Calibration, route map, etc .
- 9 plus years of relevant consulting or industry experience and experience in configuring, implementing and supporting any of the SF modules .
- Working onshore/ offshore model is an advantage This person must have excellent communication skills and comfort level dealing the client
Professional Attributes :
- Must be open to change and have a natural ability to manage relationships, issues, risks, escalations .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
