The role requires individuals to design, configure, test and coordinate IBP projects across various business and geographies.

1. The ideal candidate for this role needs to be an excellent Supply Chain functional consultant with experience in managing business process re-engineering through configuration within sophisticated IT tools to deliver results, adhering to cost and project delivery timelines.

2. The role would need individuals to gradually pick up both functional and technical aspects of supply chain technologies that are currently used by client or other market standard technologies recommended by us to the client.

3. Over time, we expect the individual to grow into leading project teams - in supply chain technology implementations or non-technology based supply chain improvement projects.

Job Description :

1. Experience in Supply chain, Demand & Supply planning is mandatory

2. Support/Implementation/Roll out project experience in IBP is essential.

3. Configuration experience is essential either in IBP and HCI is the added advantage

4. Deep configuration experience in Demand Planning IBP features like Statistical Forecast Modelling, Product Lifecycle planning, Designing DP models with key figures and transformations, Modelling multiple forecasting algorithms etc

5. Deep configurational experience in Supply Planning tools like Heuristics, Optimizer and experience in designing safety stock models etc

6. Good knowledge on Master data integration aspects between applications like ECC or S4/HANA and IBP

7. IBP project experience required: 9-12 years

8. Should be able to manage different phases of the Project - Analysis, Kick-off, ,Design, BPR, Build, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Regression testing, Cut-over, Go-Live, Post Go-Live Support & Enhancements

9. Should be able to manage the documentation required in different phase of the Project

10. FMCG experience will be an added advantage

11. Ability to manage conformity to established procedures & processes

12. Trained/experienced in emerging tools like S4/HANA is an added advantage

13. Trained/experienced in NON-SAP tools like Anaplan/Kinaxis/JDA is an added advantage

14. APICS certification is added advantage
