Consultant - SAP CRM (4-5 yrs)

SAP CRM(Consultant) - 4 to 5 yrs 3-6 months of deployment onsite - Dubai/offshore - Bangalore.


1. Must have in depth knowledge of SAP CRM Sales and Service Best Practices and very good service module knowledge, must be able to clearly demonstrate the new capability of CRM 7.x

2. Should be able to independently design and develop the solutions based on the requirement.

3. Must have hands on experience in CRM upgrade project and configuration experience in CRM 7.x environment

4. Configuring the SAP CRM system according to the requirement.

5. Must have worked in all phases of the project and must take ownership of running blueprint workshops and work with clients across various levels

6. Deep understanding on CRM base customising, IC agent & middleware tools.

7. Gain in-depth understanding of the business; proactively identify solutions that can be showcased

8. Very good knowledge of CRM integration with SAP ERP

9. Deep understanding of SAP architecture, including OSS notes and support packages

10. Should have good technical knowledge in Basic ABAP, OOABAP, IDOC and BSP

11. Deep programming knowledge in SAP CRM, Web UI, SAP CRM Backend, SAP Workflow, SAP ABAP and debugging skills

12. Providing guidance in aligning business processes with SAP functionality, performing functional configuration and customization, maintaining system integrity, and component integration with non-SAP systems

13. A flexible approach to work with excellent time management and organisational skills

14. Take initiative to learn existing system capabilities and grow knowledge base on complex system

15. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and subject matter

16. Excellent written and oral communication skills
