KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - To oversee the training and on boarding of all stakeholders including the Procurement team, Business Unit staff as well as procurement vendors. - To support the IT/Business on the implementation with new functionalities / enhancements and integration of Oracle with SAP ARIBA. - To manage the support desk for the Ariba Procurement system - To provide continuous support and manage Ariba procurement system (covered by IT) - To track and manage issues raised via the Ariba support - (SAP SR) to completion - To continually develop the Ariba tool for use within company including ensuring increased adoption - To provide support for the vendor on boarding program - To support all audit requirements for Ariba - Have knowledge on ITK - Conduct monthly training for stakeholders - Conduct monthly training for vendors - Compile reports from the Ariba tool as directed KEY REQUIREMENTS: - Degree in IT, Technology, or equivalent. - Approximately 4 to 6 years working experience in Ariba with end-to-end implementations across Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contract and SLP modules. - Experience in managing the system via the Ariba network is essential. - Technical ability to configure the SAP Ariba - Proven ability to plan, perform, and have been involved in technical work presenting new or regularly changing problems, work from broad instruction, deal with complex factors not easily evaluated. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills grounded in continuous quality improvement required. - Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective vendor, business partner, and regulatory relationships, influence decisions and collaborate effectively across the organization required. - Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within the team. - Willingness to learn other and work on other technology. - Someone who thrives in a fast paced, fast changing and dynamic environment and be a true team player with strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
