They are backed by marquee investors and on the roadmap of being the market leaders in their space in entire APAC Job Description: - Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program - Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders - Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders - Build a trusted relationship with sales reps - Serve as a liaison between sales, pre-sales &amp; marketing - Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps - Coordinate educational content for ongoing training - Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams - Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team - Manage our internal sales portal and central repository for sales resources A Successful Applicant: A successful candidate comes experience in Sales Enablement/Effectiveness roles and a strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training - 4-8 years exp in Sales Enablement or similar roles - Able to build relationships across functions, working with sales, marketing, and product leadership - Strong written &amp; verbal communication skills, including an engaging presentation style - Demonstrated ability to understand technical content that produces results What's on Offer: - Work directly with VP of sales - Industry-leading compensation - This will be a remote working role
