Job location: Kalwa, Mumbai

- A significant opportunity has arisen in VSS Pharmaceuticals for Vertical sales consulting professional within the PD PA business unit of Siemens India.

- The position is focused to grow Siemens successful Distributed Control System business within the Pharmaceutical market. The candidate is responsible for operating across the Pharmaceutical domain by targeting specific accounts in developing and implementing Domain specific concepts. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and KPIs across various levels

The core responsibility of this role is to address following areas:

- Customer challenges, drivers, pain-points and decision processes

- Siemens and competitor's products

- DCS selling process

What are my responsibilities?

- Develop innovative approaches and concepts based on customer requirements which puts Siemens in forefront amongst competition

- Provides customers and account representatives with strategy and solution advice and provide support during pre-sales discussions on DCS solutions.

- Maintain and develop close working relationship with Proposals, Execution, Sales and Customer service teams

- Identification of new market opportunities and customers

- Working with existing members of the Product Management and Business Development community to achieve overall Process Automation business targets

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Knowledge and experience of Distributed Control Systems and associated topics across the Process Automation market, knowledge on MES is preferable Unrestricted

- Pharma domain knowledge in Chem API or Bio API

- Self starter, committed, with motivation and drive to build a business with significant growth expectations.

- Adaptability and flexibility.

- Team player.

- DCS knowledge with Siemens and/or competitor products and a broad understanding of associated products and technologies.

- Strong communication and presentation skills are required

- Understand the impact of Digitalization on the Process Industry
