Consultant - Robotics Process Automation - Telecom Media Technology

Key Responsibilities:

- To work with leading CMT companies, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute global strategies and manage complex change initiatives and solutions

- To be able to deliver solutions across Robotic Process Automation, Cognitive/AI Automation, Business Process Optimization and Standardization, Project/Program Management and Change Management areas

- Help the client define their automation charter & strategy and carry out high level diagnostic on the process landscape to identify high potential areas

- Perform detailed process evaluation to identify automation potential candidates - based on workshops, interviews, document reviews and process shadowing (keystroke & screenshot level studies)

- Develop high level and detailed business case for RPA business value (FTE savings and Build/Run/License costs)

- Develop functional design of to-be processes along with detailed implementation plan

- Develop operating model and governance mechanisms for setting up Center of Excellence for Robotics Process Automation

- Perform program management, change management and business value tracking

Harvest learnings and develop reusable knowledge assets from every engagement

Qualifications:

- Engineer (preferably) + MBA from Tier-1/2 institutes

Experience:

- 4 or more years of experience in delivering end-to-end projects in Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and other Intelligent Automation areas

- Deep expertise in Robotic Process Automation projects including opportunity identification/ qualification/ prioritization, automation technical feasibility assessment, tool selection, process redesign and solution design

- Ability to understand and communicate with Business and IT, with respect to people, process and technological impacts

- Experience working on projects using Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and UI Path

- Experience in delivering projects in other areas such as: Process assessment, Business Process Modeling strategy, process management or data management business process design and modeling, business process improvement, etc.

- Strong process excellence experience for key usage scenarios ranging from business diagnostic, organization design, business process design, re-engineering and change management to system implementation

Key Competencies and Skills:

- In-depth understanding of the RPA/Cognitive tool vendors and service providers along with knowledge of tool capabilities, features and functionalities

- Managing discovery, design, development and implementation of RPA/Automation solutions

- Hands on experience on RPA tools and Cognitive platforms such as - Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath etc. would be an added benefit

- Ability to simplify and improve operations by developing business cases, analyzing clients as-is processes and create end-to-end automation solution blueprints

- Experience in defining and implementing operating model for Automation CoE

- Strong knowledge of Process Optimization: Provide business process method and tool expertise for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of business processes

- Experience in Visio or similar workflow documentation tool.

- Strong oral and written communications skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
