Consultant - Risk Management - Consulting Firm (2-5 yrs)
Leadership Role - Contact Centre Transformation
General Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Clients and manage multiple Clients
- Managing multiple projects in multiple geographies
- Handling teams of multiple projects across different areas of risk management
- Client Handling - Understanding client requirements, problems etc.
- Preparing presentation and presenting it to Senior Management (Client)
- Keep abreast with the latest developments in Risk Management
Project Related Specific Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for working on different projects ranging from:
- Risk related policies like Risk Appetite Policy, Credit Risk, IFRS 9 Policy, ALM Policy, Liquidity Risk Policy, ERM Policy, Operational Risk, Information Security, BCM Policy, Related Party Transactions, Country & Counterparty Credit Risk Policy, Disclosure Policy, etc.
- Develop Risk Appetite Statement & Dashboard (Limits & thresholds) & Create Risk Strategy Plan
- Create Pillar I capital charge framework for Credit, Market & Operational Risk
- Prepare Banks/ FIs for SREP by developing ICAAP (including frameworks for computing Pillar II capital requirements)
- Develop a Stress Testing Framework (credit & liquidity), including bottom-up stress testing
- QIS for Basel IV including preparing a roadmap for implementation of Basel IV
- Create RAROC framework and FTP framework
- Prepare a Contingency Funding Plan and enhance the plan to the ILAAP framework
- Create RCSA, KRI, and LDM Framework, including annual RCSA plan and relevant templates
- Support in conducting RCSA, including supporting in automation of RCSA, KRI, and loss data reporting process
- Create Business Impact Analysis, Crisis Management Plan, and support in integrated testing of BIA, CMP & IT Disaster Recovery Plan
- Create Compliance related policies (AML & Sanctions), conduct FCRA, create compliance testing framework, business conformance testing, prepare testing scripts, prepare & test AML & Sanctions scenarios
- Create regulatory reporting templates and support in the automation of such reporting, like, LCR, NSFR, and other risk related reporting
About You:
- You have an MBA or PGD (Full Time) in Finance/ Banking or a CA/ CS or a degree in Economics, Accountancy, Statistics or any other related subject for that matter. You have cleared FRM/ PRM or CFA (preferable)
- You have 2 to 5 years of relevant risk management experience and you are passionate about improving yourself. The most important thing is that you are passionate about analytics and wish to make a difference. Your communication skills are outstanding, and your written and spoken English are fluent
