- Handle Pan India recruitments
- Acquiring best talent through various techniques such as headhunting, mapping, networking etc.
- Establishing a strong referral network and handling documentation, negotiating salaries etc.
You Are Responsible For :
- Interfacing with the Supervisor by understanding job specifications, Client requirements
- Sourcing & Screening profiles by visiting various job portals like Naukri , Monster, Linked-in candidate referrals, Job posting/Company database.
- Conducting preliminary interviews & negotiations with the candidates credentials & expectations.
- Follow up with the candidate from selection stage till his/her joining & after joined.
